Foreign lobby entanglement AND intelligence community connections are the most disqualifying factors in America First politics. Both represent compromised sovereignty — one to foreign governments, the other to the deep state apparatus.
The penalty system works on three tiers:
TIER 1 — Ideological Zionist + Lobby Money / CIA Family: 30% score reduction. They ARE the system.
TIER 3 — High Lobby/Intel Exposure: 15% reduction. Adjacent / complicit / protects the system.
Note: Other foreign policy positions (Venezuela, Iran for American interests, etc.) are scored on the Foreign Policy pillar but do NOT trigger the entanglement penalty. The penalty is specifically for Israel/AIPAC/foreign lobby financial ties AND CIA/intelligence community connections.
Confidence Levels
AF VERIFIED
Score informed by AF primary sources — show transcripts, public statements by AF leaders. Highest confidence.
MODERATE
Well-known public figure with extensive record. Score based on voting record, public statements, and donor data. Good confidence.
AI ASSESSED
No AF primary source data. Score based on general public record and AI analysis. USE CAUTION — may change significantly once AF transcripts are processed.
Data Sources
Donor data from FEC filings, OpenSecrets.org, and Track AIPAC (trackaipac.com). Voting records from Ballotpedia and Congress.gov. Campaign positions from official campaign websites and public statements. Foreign lobby exposure data primarily from Track AIPAC's comprehensive database of pro-Israel PAC contributions, independent expenditures, and lobby donor networks.
